As a rule, we only ship to the above listed countries. We ship by UPS or FedEx. For the shipping charges please see the above table. In case you want us to ship to a country and you do not find this destination country in the list above, please send an email to info@planax.de with the product name and number of items as well as the delivery address with the country name and postcode. We will let you know whether we are able to ship to the desired country and what the shipping charges will be. However, we must enquire in advance about the shipping opportunities and charges.

Additional taxes and costs (such as customs duty) will be due for shipments into non-EU countries. We do not pay or invoice these taxes, tariffs and costs. The customer must pay these charges directly to the tax or customs authorities. Please, enquire with these authorities for details.

3. Determination of the delivery Date

In case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the customer ordered his/her bank to pay the amount as agreed on the day of purchase. In cases of other payment methods, the delivery time begins on the day of purchase and ends when the last day of the delivery period ends. In the event the last day of the delivery period is a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in the delivery region, the delivery period shall end on the coming workday.
